These terms apply to all purchases made from Hallidonto® (UK00003541074). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

Products sold may include original artworks, fine art prints, digital art, and apparel. Prints are fulfilled by The Print Space and apparel by Everpress.

Returns and Refunds

Prints and Apparel

All prints and apparel are made to order. Because of this, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, you must email hallidonto@hallidonto.com  within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Original Artworks

Original paintings and drawings are not accepted for return unless agreed in writing first. If you believe there is an issue with an original artwork, you must email hallidonto@hallidonto.com within 7 days of delivery. No return should be sent without prior written approval. If a return is approved, the correct return address will be provided during the dispute process. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, and return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.

Digital Art

All digital products and downloads are non-refundable unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on production partner and destination. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs where a return is approved. We recommend tracked and insured shipping for approved returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Hallidonto® is a registered UK trademark: UK00003541074. All artworks, designs, images, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Hallidonto unless stated otherwise. Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright or any commercial rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, adapt, mint, tokenise, inscribe, or commercially exploit any work or brand asset without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, copy content without permission, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict access where these terms are breached.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party production or shipping partners, or temporary website interruptions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and Scotland.
