Androidica is a cultural infrastructure protocol designed for creatives who have been overlooked, marginalised, or pushed aside by traditional institutions a space built for neurodivergent, disabled, working-class, and Socio-incoming challenged individuals, and creative to develop their voice and confidence without gatekeeping or conformity As an awardee of the Innovate UK Creative Catalyst, Androidica Lab stands as a new model for how culture, training, and community can operate: human-centred, inclusive, and forward-thinking. This is an environment shaped by immersive learning, performance practice, worldbuilding, and creativity as a form of agency and survival.
